We're outta here... and whats coming up.

We're headed to So.Cal for a little work and a whole lot of play! We'll be driving and with 2 little ones we will be visiting a lot of rest stops. Here we are a few weeks ago, at a rest stop somewhere between SLC and Reno, letting the kids run around and stretch their legs.

Happy Valentine's day and February 12x12

Hope you have a great day filled with LOVE. We made some sugar cookies that my husband said were the best cookies he ever had, can't take credit for it though, I got the recipe from one of my fave make-up blogs, Pam aka Pink!

Sometimes I swing.

Sometimes I swing.
And I slide.
I go in the playland at McD's with my kids.
I wiggle my way through those tiny tubes.
And down the spiral slide.
I'm the horse and they're the cowboy.
Living room dance parties.
And we dance like no ones watching.
When I'm with them, I act like a kid.
But I don't care.
Because I never want to grow up.

My family

This is my husband's siblings and their families from back in July, a quick 10 min. shoot during our family reunion. I hope you are filling your bellies full and spending the day with those you love most! Happy Thanksgiving!

My hearts, SO thankful for my babies!

My baby is One!

My son Legend turned one today. As he is crawling around busy as always, exploring and laughing at his older sister, I'm kind of sad to see my baby growing up so fast but more so because it feels like I closed my eyes for a second and my little newborn is gone. I've been so busy I haven't made time to document his first year better, in photos and video and writing down the dates of his milestones and accomplishments like I did with our first born. Guilty mom here! :(
But he is the busiest, most curious little guy and I love his smile, a smile where his eyes disappear and all you see is his perfect white teeth. I'm so grateful for my little blessings and hope their will be more to come, many, many more (my husband is somewhere shaking his head right now).

Hope everyone had a great day filled with barbecues, sunshine, family and remembering those that are no longer with us.

7 months

My little guy is 7 months today. He loves to play with his sister and his personality is starting to show. It's like we finally have a 4th member in our little family and not just a little sleeping baby, don't get me wrong he still sleeps a lot! He loves to laugh and loves sitting on his own and just looking around. If he's laying down, he'll do little crunches just to be able to sit up, so he has a little 6-pack forming under those baby rolls. He still has food allergies and eczema from them that causes him discomfort. His allergies now are soy, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and all other legumes. My husband is certain that both him and our son are allergic to anything green or anything that starts with "v" and ends with "egetable", since he acts like they're acid to his tongue! :)
